What about Customs and Import Taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Why do production times seem long?

Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Why are some items shipping from a different country?

My production partners have different fulfilment locations worldwide. Sometimes a product may not available in the buyer's country, and will be sent to a fulfilment location with stock of the item.

What is the delivery time?

Each product will have different production times. Check item for delivery estimate.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please check to ensure that your card details were entered correctly and that your card has not expired. Additionally, verify that you have sufficient funds in your account and that your card issuer does not block online or international transactions. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bank for further information, or try using a different payment method. Our customer service team is also available to assist with any payment concerns you may have.

Where can I find the shop Policies?

How are you items made?

I create and/or personalize designs. My fulfillment partners handle printing, and shipping, once an order is placed.

Are there returns/refunds?

Generally, no. Of course, if there is a problem with shipping, manufacturing error, or something is wrong with the product, I will do my best to make it right for you!

How are your designs created?

By me (well digitally). The designs are handcrafted using Affinity Photo, Corjl, or Procreate (sometimes a mix of the three).

Who are your production partners?

Printful - an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that prints and ships products featuring our original designs.

Ownprint - handles the printing, production, and shipping of my custom-designed jewelry.
